HOW LONG ARE THE SUBSCRIPTION COMMITMENTS?
When you sign up for a subscription, you commit either to a 3 or 6 month subscription. After your 3 or 6 month term has been fulfilled, you can pause, cancel or skip your kit by logging into your account. If you request an early cancellation, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee.
WHAT IS THE CUTOFF FOR THE CURRENT KIT?
Subscribe by 11:59 pm EST on the 1st of the month to get the current kit. If you subscribe after the 1st, you will get the next month's kit. You can always purchase the current kit on the listing at full price if there are any available after subscriptions have shipped. Any subscription orders received after the first, will ship out the next month on the 5th.
I WANT TO CANCEL BEFORE MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES
If you want to cancel before your subscription ends, you must request a manual cancellation via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. After your subscription term has been fulfilled, you can log in to your account and pause, skip, or cancel your subscription order with no penalty. We do not process requests that come through chat, messenger, social media, or biling emails, etc. You MUST email: email@example.com
AFTER MY TERM IS OVER HOW DO I CANCEL?
Your subscription will automatically renew month to month at the subscription price you originally signed up for. To pause, skip or cancel, you can log in to your account and select one of the above options. The option to pause, skip or cancel will not appear until your subscription term has been completed. If you request a manual cancellation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to be processed instead of logging into your account to manage your subscription, you will be charged a $15 manual cancellation fee. We use a third party app to process subscriptions and your account is set up for you to be in control. We suggest you make sure you create an account at checkout. If you happen to check out as a guest, when you decide to pause, skip or cancel, you will need to create an account with the email you originally signed up for a subscription with. Once that is complete, you can manage your account.
Step 1: Log in to your account by going to the person icon on the top right of the www.journalsforlife.shop page.
Step 2: Log in with the email and passcode you created your account with. If you are unsure, then click forgot password and reset your account. In the rare instance that you checked out as a guest with your subcription, you will need to create an account first.
After logging in, go to your orders and find your original subscription order. Drop down the Manage button and the options to Pause, Skip or Cancel will appear after you have fulfilled your 3 or 6 month subscription contract. It will not appear until your term has been fulfilled.
The other way you can access your subscription account is through a direct email from the system. When you first signed up, there is a link to allow you to manage your account. See below example:
CANCELLATIONS ARE IMMEDIATE
Please note, that once you are eligible to cancel, or if you request a cancellation, the cancellation takes effect immediately. If you wanted to get the current month's kit, you have to cancel after the 5th when the current kits ship. Otherwise, if you cancel anytime before the 5th, you will cancel the next shipped kit.
CAN I CHECK OUT WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS IN MY CART?
Yes, you can check out with multiple items. You will be charged for the shipping of your non kit items and they will ship immediately. You will also be charged for subscription kit shipping when your subscription kit ships. Note: Subscribers receive a free bundle code on the 1st of every month and can add anything to their box to be bundled free with their subscription.
HOW WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BE SHIPPED?
Unless you selected otherwise at checkout, your package will ship USPS First Class package service. When starting your subscription, it will give you the monthly shipping cost. Generally, for US customers it is $6.00 or less. We do not ship internationally due to VAT and other global mail considerations at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience. See checkout for details.
HOW ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES CALCULATED?
The app integration we use is connected to our shipping partner sites in order to give you the most accurate and cost effective shipping method possible.
All subscribers receive a code each month to add product to their subscription box for free shipping. You will only ever pay to ship the subscription. Anything added to your box during the cutoff time will ship free with your kit. Codes are emailed on the 1st of every month. Subscribers have until the 4th to shop and apply the code.
I AM A SUBSCRIBER AND THE FREE SHIPPING CODE IS NOT WORKING
The coupon code is tied to your account that you subscribed with. You must be logged in to your account in order for it to apply. If you have not yet created an account, use the email address that you signed up for a subscription with to create an account. Your information will automatically be connected to that email address. Shopify allows you to check out as a guest, even with subscriptions. In order to apply the code you must have a Journals for Life account.
Mood Boards will be posted on the 20th of the month on Instagram and the Facebook Fans Page. Full kit reveal happens on the 1st of each month. Subscribers will have from the 1st to 4th to shop and bundle any items with their subscription for free shipping. The subscriber bundle code will be emailed out. You must have an existing subscription in order to use the free shipping code. Any order placed with the free shipping code that does not have an active subscription will be cancelled or offered a shipping invoice. All orders close11:59 pm EST on the 4th and are fulfilled on the 5th-10th each month.
At this time, due to VAT, and other global shipping considerations, we do not ship international. Sorry for the inconvenience.
