Return and Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy on regular priced physical merchandise, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not reimburse shipping fees.

Sale and Clearance Items
For any sale, discounted, or clearance items, all sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are no returns on the t-shirts as they are a custom item.
Unfortunately, we can also not offer any returns for gift cards. All sales on gift cards are final.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you initiated a return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you select a shipping method at checkout that does not have tracking, you are responsible if the package is lost/stolen. Mail services that have insurance and tracking, we can file a claim.
All coupon codes need to be applied at checkout. We do not refund the difference of unapplied discounts.
Please review your shopping cart thoroughly before checking out. If you would like to return something on an order that has not been boxed or shipped, we can refund for that item minus a 25% restocking fee. There are transaction fees per order processed through payment vendors, plus we are charged a fee to process a refund. This 25% restocking fee covers all charges of refunding your accidental purchase. Thank you for understanding.
Digital and Printable Goods
Because of the nature of the product, all sales for digital and printable goods, including classes. are final. No refunds or returns can be initiated for digital or printable goods.
